• CPU Voltage Rails
− IMVP8 Using Intersil* ISL95856
− Core, GT only support 0V VBoot.
− Core is a 4-Phase VR and GT is a 2-Phase VR.
− VCCIO rail only has jumper option to set the voltage to 0.95V, 1.0V and
1.05V. Default is set to 0.95V
• DDR Voltage Rails
− VDDQ
− DDR4 support 1.2V
− Voltage margining is supported using SMB and AVMC card.
− VPP
− DDR4 supports 2.5V.
• ROP Voltage Rails
