Codes#1”,and“BarCodes#2”)inordertotesttheprintoutqualityand
printheadalignment.Thelabelsarepresentedinanin

canprinttheseriesoverandoveragain.Press<Enter>foreachnewlabel.

Software Update
UsingtheZmodemcommunicationtool,filescanbedownloadedfrom
aPC,eithertobestoredonastandardCompactFlashmemorycardorto
upgradetheprinter’s

rmware.Thefollowingoptionsareavailable:
·UpdateCompactFlashcardallowstheprintertobeusedasaCom-
pactFlashcardprogrammingdevice.Any

lescanbedownloaded
fromaPCtoastandardCompactFlashcardinsertedinthememory
cardslotintheprinter’srearplate.
Atypicalapplicationistocreateafirmwareupgradecardfroman
upgrade

lestoredinaPC.Youcanusethecardtoupgradethe
fi
rmwareinseveralprinterssimplybymovingthecardfromprinter
toprinter.Justinsertthecard,switchonthepower,andwaitfromthe
promptstoappearintheprinter’sdisplaywindow.
