Before you call Intermec Product Support, make sure you have the
following information for your SF61B product:
• configuration number (“CN” on the product label)
• serial number (“SN” on the product label)
• firmware version
• sub-system versions
• decode version
Getting SF61B Version Information
There are two ways to get the firmware version, subsytem versions and
decode version of your SF61B:
• read Get version bar codes and display your product’s version
information on your host device’s screen
• use EasySet in online setup mode to display your product’s version
information
