4.7 I/F DEVICE

Set GYRO
1 Open I/F Device - Set GYRO .
"Set GYRO" menu appears.
Press the cursor key or turn the [MULTI] control to set the true bearing value.
The true bearing value can be set between 0.0 and 359.9°.
Adjust the bearing that the bearing angle of the radar is the same as that of the gyro.
4.7.2 HEADING EQUIPMENT
Selects the input of the course data of own ship.
The course data of own ship can be selected from the course information of manual input,
gyro, compass and GPS.
Reference:
For automatic input, select an equipment which can receive the following sentences.
THS>HDT>HDG>HDM
For manual input, the course information manually set in "4.7.4 MANUAL HEADING"
can be used.
Setting Heading Equipment
1 Open I/F Device - Heading Equipment .
"Heading Equipment" menu appears.
Selects a heading equipment.
GYRO : Input the course data of own ship from NSK unit.
Compass : Input the course data of own ship from GPS compass/electronic
compass.
GPS : Input the course data of own ship from GPS receiver.
