15.5.3.4 Motor replacement procedure for NKE-2255-7/9/6HS

Turn Off the safety switch of the radar antenna.
When replacing a motor, ensure
that the safety switch of the radar
antenna is turned Off prior to
commencing the replacement work.
The safety switch is located on the rear
bottom part of the radar antenna.
Turn Off the safety switch.
2 Remove the cover.
The motor is incorporated on the left side
(port side) of the radar antenna.
Remove the cover on the left side.
The cover is secured in place with
hexagon head bolts (M8, designed to be
protected from falling out) at four
positions.
After removing the cover, place it in a safe
area.
Exercise care to avoid dust or other
foreign matters adhering to the packing.
3 Remove the motor cable.
Detach the motor cable connected to the
drive circuit.
