Adding grease onto the eccentric cam section
Use grease tube B (part number: 40013640) (in light violet) supplied with the unit for add-
ing grease to any points other than the points specied below. If any grease other than the
specied one is used, the related components can be damaged.
1) Tilt the machine head and remove the grease
cover

Fill coupling

supplied with the unit with
grease through JUKI Grease B tube

Remove setscrew

in oscillator gear

screw in joint

into the screw hole.

Sink screw

supplied with the unit into the
coupling to add the JUKI Grease B.

Securely tighten setscrew

which has been
removed after replenishing with the grease.

The eccentric cam section
can be sufciently lled with
grease by adding the grease
while turning the main shaft of
sewing machine.
1) Open crank rod cover
