6.4 Smart disconnect
Smart disconnect activates the internal relays when exceeding a preprogrammed limit. The meters can be
programmed with a current or power limit that, when it is exceeded, will disconnect the supply to the consumer.
As default, the meter is provided with the smart disconnect function. If the function is to be used, it must be
activated from the factory at delivery, or it can be activated with METERTOOL.
Be aware that the JJ code can only be changed via the module port, not via the optical head.
At configuration, the cut-off current I
disconnect
(I
d
) or the cut-off power P
disconnect
(P
d
) is programmed, and the cutt-off
configuration (JJ, see 10.2.3 Configuration 3 ( JJ-K-LL-M-NN )) is configured to cut off at either current or power.
The meter will disconnect the consumer when I
d
or P
d
is exceeded.

6.4.1 Delayed disconnection
The meter can be configured for delayed disconnection or for having a disconnection characteristic. The meter is
configured via configuration set-up with multiplication factors for both time : t

and current/power: k
