6.7 Disconnection on meters with APS
On meters with APS (Auxiliary Power Supply), the disconnection functionality is slightly different from mentioned
in the previous chapters.
When the APS meter is supplied with the mains as well as APS the functionality is the same as above.
The reason that the meter operates different is that the coil that activates the breakers only has power for one
operation when supplied by APS.
6.7.1 Using the push button
The meter is supplied with mains and APS. The main switch is switched off, means the meter is only supplied
from APS. In the display reading “dCon”, pressing the left push button for approx. 6 seconds, the meter
disconnects and the diode turns to red for one minute and after one minute is turns to green.
It is not possible to reconnect the meter as long as it is only supplied from APS.
6.7.2 Using commands (remote)
Meter is only supplied by APS.

Command send for disconnect.
- Relays in state 01, disconnected, diode turns to red.

- Relays in state 08, disconnected, diode turn to green.

- Relays in state 04, diode off, BUT relays NOT connected.
Mains supplied to the meter.
- Relays in state 04, diode off, BUT relays NOT connected. After connection the mains to the meter, it can take
up to one hour before the meter reconnects the relays and provide supply to the consumer.
