 Press and hold the [TARE/ZERO] key.
When 0 (water) is selected:
 Display changes to <d t> and flashes
 Release the [TARE/ZERO] key.
 Press the [TARE/ZERO] key to set the
water temperature.
• The water temperature must be between 0.0 °C and 99.9 °C
• The specific density must be between 0.0001 and 9.9999
