Only supported for all the measurement functions on DAQM900A, DAQM901A, DAQM902A, and DAQM908A
multiplexer modules.
This command is not supported in DMM Digitize data acquisition mode.
Error -221,"Settings conflict; DMM digitizing mode has been disabled" will be generated when you send the
command to change measurement function in DMM Digitize mode.
Selects the measurement function on the selected channels (all function-related measurement attributes are
retained).

The short form of the selected function is returned in quotation marks, with no optional keywords:
"CAP", "CURR:AC", "DIOD", "TEMP", and so on.
Selects the AC voltage function: FUNC "VOLT:AC"
– The function name must be enclosed in quotes in the command string.
– If you change the measurement function, all measurement attributes of the previous function (range, resolution,
etc) are returned to the default values. If you return to the original function, those attributes are restored.
Changing the measurement function disables scaling and limit testing (CALC:SCAL:STAT and CALC:LIM:STAT set
to OFF).
– To change measurement function in DMM Digitize mode, use the ACQuire:<function> family command.
– This parameter is set to its default value after a Factory Reset (*RST command).
