A key-operated switch with 2 active positions is required in the landings. Position 1 serves to activate
the transport of dangerous goods and to call the lift. Position 2 is used to close the doors.
Function procedure:
❑ The key in the landing should turn to position 1 in order to activate the mode and call the
lift. First, all calls are deleted and the lift travels to the landing in which the key was enabled
and doors open. The activated dangerous goods mode remains active with open doors
until the reservation time elapses. If the key in the car is not still activated, the lift returns
into normal mode after reservation time has elapsed.
❑ The key should be removed from landing and inserted in the car to activate the mode.
After the mode is activated (ON), remove the key in the car from position ON.
❑ Dangerous goods can be loaded in.
❑ The key in landing should turn to position 2 to close the doors.
❑ The lift will travel to the destination landing as soon as the key is activated in this landing.
Use another lift or the stairs to travel to the destination landing and activate the mode.
❑ The lift travels to the destination landing and doors open. The dangerous goods can be
unloaded.
❑ To deactivate the mode, the key must be removed from landing and inserted in car.
Remove the key in car from position OFF.
❑ The lift returns in normal mode.
Note: In operating mode “Dangerous Goods “, blocked landings are approached according to the
release settings in the release mask for clock travel 1.
