Insert the wires into the right connectors and, once this done, remove the tool and check that
they are correctly cabled by pulling slightly on them. They should not come out.
Figure 27. Cabling the wires on the Klereo Kompact control box unit
The control box unit must be installed into the technical room in order to be in a position to
connect the other pool equipments.
Figure 28. Kompact control box unit inputs / outputs.
The marking inside indicates the inputs ( ) and outputs ( ). Abbreviations meaning are as
follows:
- Filtra = Filtering, Chauff = Heating ; Eclair = Lighting and Aux = Auxiliary
- pH = pH , Desinf. = Disinfectant, Flocu = Flocculant, Bidon = tank and Trait =
treatment
- Ph = Live, N = Neutral, Couv = pool cover
Kompact is equipped with 5 outputs:
1 – The filtering output V1 and V2 must be connected to the swimming pool control box unit
(refer to § 4.4: connecting filtering).
2 – The S and SN output is connected to the pH metering pump located in the front panel of
the Kompact control box unit.
3 – The R and RN output is according to the Kompact model:
- Connected to the other metering pump located in the front panel of the Kompact
liquid Chlorine or active Oxygen control box unit.
- Must be connected to the transformer supplied with a Kompact Bromine kit.
- Must be connected to main supply of the Salt Chlorinator control box unit in case of
Kompact salt or other Salt Chlorinator.
4 – The P and Q output is default set up to pilot an auxiliary equipment (Aux A) to be chosen
among: cleaning robot, spa, counter current swimming system , garden lighting, water
fountain…. It can also be set up to pilot a heating device such as heating pump, electrical
heater or heat exchanger (refer to §5.12: outputs assignment)
5 - Kompact is equipped with an Aux B output with a double relay allowing:
- Either using a 220V power supply (2,5A max): in that case connect to K and
KN.
- Or using a relay contact (8A max): in that case connect to M1 and M2. This
output is default set up to pilot lighting. It must be connected to the swimming pool control
box unit (refer to §4.5: connecting lighting)
