EVO-S, EVO-H MODULAR AIR HANDLING UNITS
OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE MANUAL
Disassembly / Assembly of lters in the unit
Remove the electrostatic lter from its guides using the
handle. Avoid touching the inner aluminium plates with
your ngers. If possible (vertical lters), remove the indivi-
dual cathode sections, making it lighter and easier to re-
move.

Dismantling / Assembly of cathode sections
After placing the lter module in a horizontal position, re-
move each section for maintenance and cleaning.
Lift the handles and slide the cathode section out of the
lter as shown in the picture. Plastic handles allow easy sec-
tion removal and transport.

Cleaning the installation section of the lter modules
If necessary, the electrostatic lter frame can be cleaned
with air, while being careful not to damage the electrodes.
In case of strong dirt, it is acceptable to clean with an alco-
hol solution by gently wiping with a damp cloth.

4.3.3 Connections for passive-active electrostatic lters
The passive-active version of the electrostatic lters is mount-
ed in a straight SR guide, in which the lter is slipped in.
Fig. 50 Installation of the lter
The lter is supplied with a socket for the connection of a
single-phase voltage of 230 V 50/60 Hz via the correspond-
ing connector (1) CA. In case of several lters, the connector
(2) CG is used to supply the next lter. In the last connector
aCT connector is mounted for safety reasons (3).
