15.2 Switching off the machine

DANGER! - Unexpected movements of the machine
Effect: Danger to life, serious injuries
• Make sure that there is no one in the danger zone.
• The machine must only be uncoupled when the engine is switched off and the ignition key
is removed.
• Put machine down on level and firm ground. Increase surface of the parking support when
putting the machine down on unfortified ground.
• Secure the machine with wheel chocks against the possibility of rolling back before
uncoupling it.
• Take care when cranking down the parking support. There is danger of crushing your feet!
• Only remove the universal shaft when the PTO shaft and the engine are switched off and
the ignition key is removed.
• Place universal shaft into the support provided.
• The tailgate must only be actuated when the baler is connected properly to the tractor.
• When connecting the hydraulic hose to tractor hydraulics and when disconnecting it from
the tractor hydraulics, the system on tractor and machine must be depressurized! Move the
appropriate control valves into float position.

• Park the machine on firm, level ground.
• Place two wheel chocks (1) under the wheels to prevent the machine from rolling away. The
wheel chocks are located in front on both sides of the machine.
Always place wheel chocks (1) in front of and behind the tyres. (This will prevent the
machine from rolling away).
