16.11.1 General Aspects
The machine is equipped with cutting system with cutting rotor and fixed blades. Cutting allows
for improved further processing of the round bales and makes it possible to increase the density
of baled material. From the tractor, the blades can be swivelled hydraulically out of the conveyor
channel if there are any blockages. The single blade locking device prevents the blades from
being damaged by foreign objects.
The cutting unit can be switched off mechanically.
