ATTENTION! – Net and net wrapping contaminated with oil and grease
Effect: Machine damage and problems when unrolling the net.
• Net and components of the net wrapping must not be contaminated with oil or grease.

The net is guided from the net roll over the deflection shaft (10) to the net spreader (5); from
there, it is guided between rubber roll (4) and pressure roll (3) in the area of blade cassette (1).
When triggering the wrapping process, the rubber roll (4) transports the net in the area of
conveyor channel and rotating round bale. Still conveyed crop ensures that the net is picked up
in the round bale. Due to its own rotation, the round bale pulls the net off the net roll, over
rubber roll (4) and net spreader (5).
The net is held stiff by the net brake (8) during wrapping process.
After the wrapping process is completed, the blade cassette (1) is swivelled in the net corridor
and the net is cut off.

DANGER! - Unexpected movement of a machine component.
Effect: Danger to life, injuries.
• The net may only be inserted by one person.
• Make sure that there is no other person in the movement area of the machine.
• Switch off PTO shaft and engine, remove the ignition key and carry it with you.
• Switch off control unit.

Note
The start of the net roll must point towards the machine and it must be possible to pull it out
from above.

Prepare net roll and insert it if the machine is at a standstill:
• Switch off tractor PTO shaft
• Switch off tractor engine.
• Pull link guide (1) to the front.
• Swivel net spreader (2) upward and let it engage in the top link.
