Checking the length of the rear floor conveyor chain

Before checking the chain length, the rear tension arms must be cleaned. (see chapter
Cleaning the tension arm of the rear floor conveyor).
• Completely open the tailgate (1).
• Secure the tailgate with the shut-off valve (3) (see chapter Shut-off valve for tailgate).
DANGER! – Settings on the machine!
Danger to life or serious injuries.
• The shut-off valve on the left hydraulic cylinder must be closed.
• Check the distance "a" between the tailgate (1) and roller chain. If the distance is greater
than 220 mm, shorten the roller chain.
• Release the tension on the floor conveyor (see chapter Control block front right).
