MAINTENANCE ADJUSTMENTS
Water Spray System
1. Check the water tank level. Fill if necessary.
2. Locate the water energizing switch on console and
position switch to ON.
3. Open the Shut Off Valve. (Figure 5-2)

4. With drive levers in NEUTRAL, check spray patterns
on both front and rear drums.
If the spray pattern needs adjustment,
turn plastic twist-locks to loosen. Use a screwdriver
to direct the spray from the three nozzles so it
completely moisten an area across the drum.
5. To secure, hold the screwdriver so that the spray
nozzle will not turn and tighten the plastic twist-lock.

500-Hour or Semi-Annual
Routine Maintenance
1. Change fuel lters.
2. Change hydraulic charge lter. (Page 5-15)
3. Check fuses. Replace if needed. (Page 5-10)
4. Check Neutral Start system and repair if needed.
5. Check Emergency Brake operation.
6. Check oil lines and ttings for leakage or damage
and replace parts as required.
7. Perform the 500-hour preventative maintenance as
described in the Engine Operator’s Manual.
Hydraulic oil under pressure can
cause serious personal injury. Check for oil leaks
with a piece of cardboard. Do not expose hands to
possible high-pressure oil. Shut down engine before
attempting to tighten oil lines and ttings.

1. Check air intake hoses for damage and replace if
necessary. (Page 5-8)
2. Clean and check hydraulic oil strainer ll cap. (Page
5-16)
