The machine has the following subsystems:
Control System
The control system has the following parts:
• Vehicle Control Box (VCB)
• Vehicle Input Output Box (VIOB)
• Gyroscope
• Two ultrasonic sensors
• Temperature sensor
The temperature sensor measures the temperature for interpreting the measurements of the ultrasonic
sensors.
All physical inputs and outputs listed in the paragraphs below are connected to the VIOB, which also
supplies power to these components. The VIOB itself however does not control the behaviour of the
machine. This is done by the VCB.
