Pause Button
A pause button is installed on the machine. When the pause button is pushed while the machine is in
operation, the machine is taken out of operation. The light in the pause button goes on.
When the pause button is pushed while the machine was out of operation, the machine goes in operation
and resumes its route or activity. The light in the pause button goes off.
Similar functionality can be achieved by using the operational button in the Lely Control Plus application.
If an alarm occurs, the LED in the pause button blinks. The alarm must be confirmed with the Lely Control
Plus application.

An acoustic warning device alerts persons and cows when the machine starts to move, is moving or when
an alarm occurs.

Driving Mechanism
The motors, one on the left side and one on the right side, drive the wheels via the gearboxes.
In the front of the machine, the floor guiding strips make sure that the front does not get stuck on slats or
other gaps in the floor. The wall guides (also in the front) guide the machine during wall following.
Cleaning Mechanism
Using the vacuum pump and air valve, the tank is put on a vacuum. At the bottom of the tank, the manure
inlet prevents air leakages while guiding the manure into the tank. The scraper underneath the machine
guides the manure to the manure inlet in the centre under the machine.
A level sensor in the top of the tank detects when the tank is full with manure, so that the machine can
stop the vacuum pump. The top air filter is installed in the top of the tank to prevent manure going to the
valve and vacuum pump.
Water System
The nozzle in the front sprays water on the manure to soften the manure. The nozzle in the back sprays
water on the floor to prevent manure getting stuck to the floor quickly. The water supply system supplies
water to the nozzles. The water supply system has:
• Water connector.
• Water filter.
