OPERATING YOUR GALLEY RANGE
Lighting the Hob Top Burners
1. Before lighting, please ensure burner
capsareplacedonburners.
2. Read and comply with all gas safety
instructions per the ENO Owner’s
Manual.
3.TurnallcontrolknobstotheOFFposition.
4. Open theLPG Gas cylindervalve and
solenoid valves. (Turn the manual
cylindervalveinthecounterclockwise
direction,andswitchthesolenoidvalve
to the open position.) Make sure that
theSupplyValvesunderthesinkarein
the open position.
5.Pushcontrolknobinasfarasitwillgo
and turn it counter clockwise to the
HIGH, Press the Ignition Button until
the Gas is alight.
6.Sometimestheburnerwillsputterfora
while before igniting. Give your range
10-15 seconds to purge the air out of
the gas line.
7.Continueholdingtheburnercontrolknob
all the way in for about twenty (20)
secondsafterignition.Thiswillheatthe
thermocouple and allowthe gas valve
to stay open. The thermocouple is
designedtocutoffthegassupplytothe
burneriftheameshouldaccidentally
beextinguished.
8.Thisarrangementalsoensuresthatthe
rangeischildprooftotheextentthata
simpletwistingofthecontrolknobswill
not light any burners or allow gas to
enteryourboat.
9.Iftheignitionfails,turntheburnerOFF
and apply a lit match or lighter to it
before turning it back to the HIGH
position.
10.Youshouldnowbeabletosettheame
to any desired level between High and
Lowbyturningthecontrolknobfurther
intheappropriatedirection.
11.Toturnofftheburner,turnthecontrol
knobclockwisetotheOFFposition.
12.Youmustshutoffboththesolenoidand
the manual gas cylinder valves
wheneveryourvesselisunattendedor
if there is an emergency. ENO
recommends that you also shut the
cylinder valves and Solenoid off
wheneveryour GalleyRangeis not in
use.

1.Itisessentialtotheproperoperationof
youroventhatthestainlesssteelheat
disbursement plate be placed in the
lowestshorterracksattheovenbottom
withthecurvedsideoftheplatedown.
