ERROR CODES
Please refer to the Safety Precautions on pages 4-7 for more detail to prevent injury or death regarding the operation and service
troubleshooting of the Multi V product.

Outdoor unit

sor discharge
pipe temperature
sensor error.
Disconnection or short circuit of outdoor unit
compressor discharge temperature sensor.
Error occurs within three (3) minutes of oper-
ation.
Error also occurs after three (3) minutes of
compressor operation when discharge tem-
perature sensor is removed (before compres-
sor operation).
1. Error can also occur if the system is operat-
ing in cooling at extremely low temperatures
with no low ambient kit.
2. Compressor discharge pipe temperature
sensor (TH3) is not installed or connected
properly.
3. Defective compressor discharge pipe sen-
sor (TH3) (opened or shorted).
4. Defective outdoor unit PCB.
