2.4 TxTSP(A/B) Configuration Memory
The block diagrams of TxTSPA and TxTSPB modules are exactly the same. The control
structure is shown in Figure 22. The tables in this chapter describe the control registers of
TxTSPA and TxTSPB modules.
There is one BIST logic per TxTSPA and TxTSPB. The BIST control structure is
shown in Figure 25.
