6.1 Video colposcope with polarisation filter (GKB-512)
Video colposcope is provided with a reflection reduction system. The system is
based on the technique of polarisation decreasing considerably the extent of
reflections occurring in the fall of light on the device, e.g. mucus,
gynaecological mirror or other surfaces. The system is placed inside of the
body, enabling the user to get an image without reflections.
The system is controlled by the rotary ring which is placed at the bottom part of
the video colposcope body. By moving finger from right to left, the ring can be
rotated up to outer positions, after having reached them, it has to be rotated to
the opposite side.
