of the control
box. Replace

The chair does not
respond to the
pushed memory
function
The safety SLS
switch is probably
not active. It is
under the chair. On
the chair base the
red warning diode
is lit.
Check, if there is
no uneven surface
under the chair and
if the chair is in
horizontal position.
Possibly screw in
the legs, to move
the chair base
closer to the floor
Perform
diagnostics of the
control
box. Replace
defective
components.
Chair does not
react to commands
of controllers. All
foot control
indicator lights are
on or flash.
Control box reports
an error.
Reset the control
box.
CONTROL BOX
RESETTING:
Press
simultaneously and
hold the buttons
controlling the
column up-and-
down movement –
you must hear an
intermittent audible
signal. Hold the
button as long as
the acoustic signal
disappears. If the
signal does not
sound, repeat the
whole procedure.
Perform
diagnostics of the
control
box. Replace
defective
components.
