Text Mode
You can choose the default text entry mode that the phone uses.
1. From the Main Menu, select Settings and press .
2. Select Text Mode and press .
3. Choose the text entry mode you want to use and press . You can select:
• Quick Text (Predictive) – The phone predicts what word you are typing. Press
the button with the letter you need once. When you’re done typing a word,
select the word you want with the
L
and
R
arrows.
Contacts Sort
Select how your contacts are sorted in the
Contacts list.
1. From the Main Menu, select Settings and
press .
2. Select Contacts Sort and press .
3. Select by First Name or by Last Name and press
.
