5.2.5. Service
The service parameters allow to configure the barfeed system in ist environment and to adapt the interface
connected tot he lathe.
These parameters are protected with a password, because only LNS (or certified) technician is authorized
to modify them.
Parameter access
Define and modify the settings of the machine. There are 3 categories of
parameters:
· Bar feeder
· Interface
· Applications
Unlock
Enable / disable settings or applications by use of the barfeed:
1. Signal inversion of the clamping device
2. length of the introducer
depending on the turn functions and features unlocked on the barfeed, following
applications are available:
1. Working with sub spindle
2. Fast loading of blanks
3. etc.
Special functions
Access to various functions:
· Working mode (exhibition, simulation, etc.)
· Workshop configuration
Parameter
masking
Allows to hide or show some menus if they are not useful to the operator.
