POSSIBLE CAUSES:
- SIGNAL SWITCH SQ6
MISSING OR SQ5
ALWAYS PRESENT
- SQ6 OR SQ5 MAL-
FUNCTION
- MECHANICAL PROBLEM
Description:
The Guiding Channel First Section Not Fully Closed alarm occurs if input (I1.4 – SQ6) does not turn on when the channel closes.
Solution:

Alarm needs to be cleared. Press the STOP key on the remote
control station to clear the message and reset the alarm.

 Check to see if a mechanical obstacle prevents the channel from
opening.
 Check the channel opening/closing cylinder functionality.
 Check the adjustment and functionality of the SQ6 and SQ5
switch.
For case 2, after the solution has been completed, press the STOP key on the remote control station to clear the message and reset
the alarm.
