Monitoring Data
Cut Data
The total of all cut faults or events relative to the length dis-
played in Cut Declaration.
This data can be optionally viewed per spindle or group.
Note : When the sums of the Nep Cuts, Short Cuts, Long
Cuts and Thin Cuts are compared with Total Cuts in the corre-
sponding classification window, differences are possible be-
cause, depending on the setting, cuts can also be performed
outside the displayed classes.
Cuts
Total Yarn Cuts Total of textile yarn faults
Short Off Count Cuts Yarn count deviation cuts in the short
count range
Off Count Cuts Yarn count deviation cuts
SFI/D Cuts Surface index cuts
F Cuts Foreign matter cuts
P Cuts Synthetic foreign matter cuts:
PP, PE etc.)
Short Cluster Cuts Short fault cluster cuts
Long Cluster Cuts Long fault cluster cuts
Thin Cluster Cuts Thin place cluster cuts
F Cluster Cuts Foreign matter cluster cuts
VCV Cuts Cut resulting from a deviation of the
VCV value from the mean value
Bunch Cuts Cuts caused by bunches or similar
running faults
DBunch Cuts Delayed cuts caused by bunches or
similar running faults
Upper Yarn Cuts Cut caused by double yarn of the
cone
Splices
Splice Cuts Cut splices
Splices Total of all wound splices
Splice Repetitions Caused by splice cuts, upper yarn
cuts, splices not completed
Alarms
Number of blockages after exceeding the set number of rep-
etitions of the group or spindle.
