Problem 9
Load drum (1, 2 or 3) will not raise load, but will lower load.
POSSIBLE CAUSES
Block up limit is opened; Pump is damaged; Control handle is worn;
Maximum bail limit is opened; Node fault; Speed sender is damaged.

pump EDC with handle moved back?
