5.8 Replacing the batteries
To replace the batteries, the table must first be jacked up.
To prevent short circuits, first remove the battery fuse [3].
To replace the batteries, it is necessary to remove the
base cover plate [1].
To do this, remove the two screws [2], carefully remove
the plate and lay it down with its front side on a flat
surface. Be careful not to damage the electrical lines of
the battery fuse [3] and the foot switch connector [4].
HAZARD
Danger of electric shock!
Please note that this work must be carried out in a zero-voltage state.
Once the base front panel has been removed, the view of
the batteries [5] is clear.
To replace the batteries, it is necessary to dismantle the
entire system of the 5th wheel. You will find information
on this in the chapter “Replacing the 5th wheel”.
