If the motor cable is too long or its cross sectional area is too large, derating is required. The larger the cross sectional
area is, the larger the ground capacitance and ground leakage current will be. If the cable with larger cross sectional
area is used, the output current should be reduced by about 5% for each level of area increase.
Shielded/Armored cables: it is recommended to use high-frequency low-impedance shielded cables, such as woven
copper mesh, aluminum mesh or iron mesh.
Generally, the control cable must be a shielded cable, and the shielded metal mesh must be connected to the metal
enclosure of the drive through the cable clamps on both ends.
