CPU board.

Restart the machine for self-test.
Check the cable connection of the
BFCS two-way valve.

1. Reconnect the external AG module,
and restart the machine for a self test
again.
2. Check the cable connection between
the module rack and CPU board.
3. Check whether the module rack runs
normally.
4. Replace the external AG module.

An error occurs during the BIS
module self test.
1. Reconnect the BIS module, and
restart the machine for a self test again.
