6. Remove the spring washer and plain washer (note: pay special attention to the spring
washer and plain washer when removing them because they easily get loose).
7. Pull up the median plate assembly to remove it.

1. Remove the upper cover as per section 9.4.17.
2. Turn over the upper cover assembly to access the three screws as shown in the following
picture.
