9.2.32 Remove Negative Pressure Control Panel Assembly
1. Remove the cover plate of work surface.
2. Remove the pipeline connected with the negative pressure control panel assembly.
3. Unscrew the four (4) screws from the front end of the machine, to remove the negative
pressure control panel assembly.
9.2.33 Remove Backup O2 Flowmeter Assembly
1. Remove the cover plate of work surface.
2. Disconnect the pipeline and cables connected to the main flowmeter assembly.
3. Unscrew the four (4) screws from the front of the machine, to remove the backup O2
flowmeter assembly.
