10 Replacement Parts
10.1 Introduction
WATO EX-55/65 pro (0628/0627）anesthesia system can be divided into 18 parts according to its
structure and functions. Each part contains several replaceable parts. Table 8-1 through Table 8-18
provide the information about the replaceable parts and Diagram 8-1 through Diagram 8-14 give
the positions of replaceable parts on WATO EX-55/65 pro (0628/0627). When selecting
replaceable parts, consideration should be given to the characteristics of the parts, cost of
replacement, and maintenance efficiency. When the parts whose sub components are not
convenient to replace (such as the electrical component on the board) are faulty, replacing the
board can improve the maintenance efficiency. For example, if a pressure gauge on the instrument
panel is faulty, replacing the pressure gauge can reduce the cost.
10.2 Ordering Replaceable Parts
Provide the following information to order replaceable parts:
FRU code of the parts
Number of the parts in the document table
Description of the characteristics of the parts
For example: P/N: 801-0631-00001-00 Auxiliary gas supply, No.1
