2. When the gas supply
pressure is within the
normal range, the values in
the flow sensor in O2 limb
and in the flow sensor in
total limb are smaller than
0.5 L/min for consecutive 2
seconds in the BFCS state.
1. Restart the machine.
2. If the position sensor is faulty,
replace the BFCS assembly.
3. If the supply voltage of the BFCS
LED is out of range, check the supply
voltage and cable connection.
4. Replace the power board when
necessary.
BFCS Key Is
Stuck
Medium The BFCS hard key is in
the pressed down state for
consecutive 30 seconds.
1. Check the BFCS hard key.
2. Restart the machine.
