3.7.3. Tare Setting
The tare function is used to tare the weight of the scale and the scale displays zero. Then, the
net weight can be measured (net = gross – tare). The gross weight can be found by switching
off the tare function.
The bar symbol above F in the display line 2 indicates that tare is active.
The tare function is enabled through the configuration
(FuncFunc2 = 3).
Tare setting can be input in the device by
 Inputting a pulse [XXXX ms] on the digital input or
 Pressing a combination of keys or
 Setting a limit value
 Interface (LOGItArA)
