6. Safety of Mx100/200 Series SMD Placement System is
guaranteed only if the system is properly operated and used
according to the procedure defined in the Operation Manual.
7. Contact the Mirae service engineer if you need service or if
you have no competent service personnel.
8. The machine operator should be well acquainted with the
instructions of the operationmanual.
9. Observe the safety instructions of your company when you
work using the system.
Safety Cover
The work area of the gantry is protected by the two safety covers.
Where the safety cover is opened during operation, the machine
stops running and an error message is displayed on the LCD
monitor.
To exchange a reel feeder, press the stop button on the front panel
and then open the safety door (including machine reset).
The figure below shows the safety cover and emergency button of
Mx100/200.
