Nozzle Check

Check Procedure
The purpose of nozzle cleaning is to prevent introduction of foreign
materials from the work environment.
An ultrasonic cleaner and nozzle cleaning rods are used for cleaning.
Cleaning should be done according to the nozzle specification for each
chip.
Nozzles should be cleaned at least twice a week ( ※ Daily cleaning is
required for 0603 and 1005.)
