4-12 Offline Feeder Setup Manual
It should be the same as Hole No. Otherwise, Write Feeder function
does not work.
Part Number
Name of the part placed on the feeder.
If the part name is that of the feeder corresponding to PRG, it is
impossible to modify it. Otherwise, it is possible to modify the part
name.
Remain #
The amount of parts remained in the roll.
If both PRG data and feeder data exist, you can selectively apply one
of them. In addition, you can modify it either manually or from the
barcode. If the remaining parts corresponding to the feeders in PRG,
Save button is enabled.
Alarm #
Alarm counts for the remaining parts, which can be modified
manually.
Pitch
Distance of movement for feeding, which can be modified manually.
Width
Feeder width that can be modified manually.
The modified data can be saved to the Feeder ROM, but not to the
PRG data.
Feeding #
Total number of the parts that the feeder has fed up to now.
Feeder Status Display Window
Feeder Status Display window displays the feeder data in the above table
in a picture according to the trolley position, so that the user can easily
find out the feeder position and its status. If the table contains PRG or
feeder data only, all the feeders are marked in blue. But, if it contains both
PRG and feeder data, it compares them for the following items and
