 The limit value of the digital pressure gauge for suction is set in the following
way:
- Press ‘Set’ on the Digital Gauge for 2 to 3 seconds.
- P1(Min) appears.
- Set P1(Min) to 0.30 using the Up/Down keys.
- In the same way, set P2(Max) to 0.5.
Cleaning the Linear Motor Stator (before running)
The X-Gantry would
fail to move smoothly
where a foreign
material is dropped
on the stator. In such
a case, do not move it
forcibly but carefully
check insider the
stator.
 Module:
Gantry
The machine
employs a linear
motor for XY
motion, and
foreign
materials on the stator magnets may have a critical effect on the
linear motor’s operation. Therefore, it is essential to check and clean
the motor.
 Check Procedure
1. Unplug the machine.
2. Turn off the circuit breaker at the rear of the machine.
3. Open the front and rear doors of the machine.
4. Check for foreign materials on the surface of the stator while
slowly moving the X-
Gantry. Remove any foreign materials.
