 Operation Check
 Home Check
- Turn the Run Switch of the machine on and off 3 to 5 times and
ensure that Home Check has been done properly.
 Fan operation
- Check the operation of fans for gantry
cooling and system internal cooling.
- Check contamination of the fan filter. 
Floating sensor sensitivity and operation
-Check sensitivity and operation of the floating sensor.
※ Setting Floating Sensors
; (FS-V11) Feeder floating sensor description and setting
-The floating sensors of the feeder base indicate danger when
the reel cover of a tape feeder is not fixed firmly or when an
obstacle is detected. Therefore, communication between the
sensors must be checked at a moderate sensitivity.
Adjust and check the sensitivity of sensors as follows:
1) Turn on the machine.
2) Mount the intelligent feeder on the feeder base.
3) Loosen the bolt of sensor bracket fixed to the Y-Frame and
adjust communication between the two sensors while moving
the sensors.
