e.g.) Main power AC200V : Spec. AC190V ~ AC210V
- Measure the voltage between each phase (R,S,T) and F.G.
Tolerance of voltage between phases should be ±5%.
e.g.) Main power AC200V: Spec. AC95V ~ AC105V

- Measure the phase-phase voltages. (Mandatory check item)
Tolerance of phase-phase voltage should be ±5%.

- Measure the phase (R,S,T) - F.G voltages.
Tolerance of phase-F.G voltage should be ±5%.
e.g.) Main power AC200V: Spec. AC95V ~ AC105V
 Compressed air pressure
 Check the pressure of the compressed air input to the machine.

1) Ejector Type
- For a machine that does not use a separate vacuum pump, check
that the level of the air supply line is properly set on the air panel
located at the rear of the machine.
2) Vacuum Pump Type (Not applicable to Mx series)
- For a machine equipped with a separate vacuum pump, check that the air
supply line is properly set on the air panel located at the rear of the machine
and also ensure that the setting value of the vacuum level check sensor in the
machine is properly set.
- To adjust the setting value, pull down the adjustment bar lock and turn it left or
right.
 Temperature/humidity (Mandatory check item)
- Check the room temperature and humidity at the plant.
