Module: Conveyor
The Chip Trash Basket to collect NG parts discarded due to various
errors should be cleaned regularly.
Procedure
1.Unplug the machine.
2.Open the front door.
3.Remove the bolt that fixes the Chip Trash Box ( ※ Some Chip Trash
Boxes have no fixation bolt.)
4.Take out the Chip Trash Box and clear it of the NG parts.
5.Install the Chip Trash Box and fix it with the bolt.
Quarterly Check (Every 1500 Hours)
Lead Screw /Linear Slide check
Module: Conveyor
The Conveyor Moving Plate is moved by the lead screw, LM guide or ball bush. Regular checking and greasing is
needed for smooth motion.
