Each system consists of the following units as seen in <Figure 4-2>:
• The base frame is a single unit supporting the whole component placing
system.
• The PCB transfer system consists of a PCB conveyer.
• The component feeding system consists of Feeder Base and Feeder.
• The positioning system consists of XY Gantry, vision system, positioning
head and ANC (Automatic Nozzle Changer System).
• The control system consists of main board (080 B/D), MRIL, vision
processor B/D and vision Jalva B/D, Digital Motion Control, NX02, TB,
Temp B/D and CAN B/D.
