During the Recovery phase, X-Scribe will display both a “PATIENT” and a “COMMENTS” icon which allows the
user to define and enter data into the final report or narrative summary. At the end of the Recovery phase, the
Report Manager will display a summary page that allows the user to define and create the final report.
Typically, the final report will consist of a summary and/or narrative summary page that includes:
Patient name and ID
Date of exam
Exercise time
Maximum HR/ST/BP values
Maximum values
Duke Score
FAI%
Reasons for ending test
Symptoms
Conclusions with optional brief narrative summary if selected
Diagnosis
Technician
Reviewing physician
Real-time ECG
12-lead ECG acquisition capability
Rhythm strip acquisition capability
The patient data page printout includes:
Patient demographics

Target watts if ergometer is being used
