Reviewing and Printing PDF Files
To review a PDF file, exit the X-Scribe application. If the file was stored to the local hard drive, use Windows
Explorer to locate the directory. If the file was stored to the network, go to the appropriate PC on the network.
Locate and select the directory, then select the desired file and double click. Adobe
®
Acrobat
®
Reader
automatically opens and displays the file. Use page up/page down to navigate through the file. If connected to a
local printer, select File, then Print to print the file.
Remote Review Workstation Operating Overview
The remote review workstation incorporates all of the functionality of the Report Manager except for New Exam.
Refer to Using Report Manager in this section for operational information.
NOTE: When an archive is in use at another location, a prompt will appear notifying that it cannot be
opened. Only one archive can be active at a time.
