Drop-Down Menu Overview
Users can enter new choices or add additional choices to an existing factory default list on some drop-down menus.
Entries should be entered in the format and order they should appear in the drop-down menu. When finished with a
category, select File followed by Exit. Select Yes, No, or Cancel when prompted to save.
Exit the X-Scribe application. From the main Windows display:
1. Select My Computer
2. Select “C” drive
3. Select Mortara Instrument Inc.
4. Select X-ScribeII
5. Select System
6. Select AttendingPhyList.txt
a. Enter names of desired attending physicians.
7. Select CityList.txt
a. Enter names of desired cities and/or towns.
8. ClinicalProceduresList.txt
a. Enter desired clinical procedures.
9. ConclusionsList.txt
a. Enter desired clinical conclusions.
