Using Archive Manager
X-Scribe automatically stores the last 100 stress tests including final reports and full-disclosure data. To review
and/or edit a saved report, click ARCHIVE from the X-Scribe startup screen (main menu). The Archive Manager
screen will appear with all saved reports listed. Use the side scroll bar when the report list exceeds the available
onscreen space.
NOTE: The number of stored PDF final reports is virtually unlimited; it is dependent on the size of the
system hard drive.
To access a final report, select report and click Report Manager.
To print a final report, select report and click Print. Use the drop-down menu to select By Stage or By
Minute average complex printouts.
To export a final report, select report and click Export. Final reports can be exported to a PDF, XML,
Mortara XML, Alternate 1 XML, TIFF, or DICOM file. The export file will be saved in the directory
defined in Miscellaneous settings (default is c:\XS2\REPORTS\. See Section 5). PDF, TIFF, and DICOM
formats are high-quality, high-resolution files that include all the printouts generated by Report Manager.
When exported, the final report will be marked as read-only and the user will only be allowed to review
the data.
NOTE: When the final report is exported, the PDF file will not contain rhythm events.
To archive a patient’s full-disclosure data, select the patient’s name and click Archive. A dialog window
will open allowing selection of the destination archive directory. Select OK. “Exporting 1 of 1” is
displayed at the top of the display during this process.
To delete a record, select the record and click Delete. (Files must have been saved on the local archive
before they can be deleted.)
Check the Delete after Export option to automatically delete a final report from the list once it has
been exported.
To search for archived patients, select the appropriate folder from the Archive Menu and search by one of the
following:
Last name
ID number
Date of birth
Physician
Technician
Exam date and time
Use the batch procedure to process all pending reports.
Save Report processes all reports not labeled as Reported (”Rep” column).
Print Report prints all reports not printed (“Prt” column).
Exam Export exports all reports not yet exported (“Exp” column).
